WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

Agritach guarantees material and manufacturing defect-free spare parts for 1 year from Agritach invoice date. Agritach will replace free of charge F.O.B. Agritach warehouse any part (s) to be defective in materials that are properly installed, maintained, and operated under normal conditions.

 

As part of our quality commitment, we carry out thorough tests together with our suppliers and have implemented a strict policy, structure, and process.

 

  • All returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date.

  • Parts must be returned within 30 days of the approved request for parts shipped/ordered in error.

  • Email sales@agritach.com to request a Return Authorization.

  • Agritach may request the defective part be returned to our warehouse.

  • Agritach’s Order number and/or Customer’s Purchase Order number must be submitted with the request. All goods returned must include invoice supporting part purchase from Agritach.

  • In all cases, Agritach’ sole responsibility will be the replacement of the defective part or the full refund that shall not exceed the original purchase price thereof.

  • Freight must be prepaid by Purchaser and if parts were ordered in error a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

  • Return shipping will be paid for if a part was shipped incorrectly (i.e., part shipped does not match part ordered).

  • Please do NOT refuse shipments unless parts were damaged in shipping. Doing so WILL result in a 30% restock fee, regardless of reason for refusal.

  • Parts to be returned must be in their original package or a new and saleable condition. Open/Broken packs, kits, or components will not be accepted for return credit.

  • Claims for loss or damage to goods in transit are to be made promptly to the carrier, not to Agritach.

  • Glass is NOT returnable, please check measurements prior to ordering.

  • Claims for shortages or other errors, exclusive of transit shortages or damages, must be made via Email sales@agritach.com  within ten 5 days after delivery; failure to give such notice shall constitute acceptance and waiver of all claims by Purchaser.

  •  Tracking number may be provided by Purchaser at the time of the return to assure credit is   approved within acceptable timeframe stated previously.

                Under no circumstances will Agritach accept any claims for labor charges, modifications, or

           consequential damages, our liability is limited strictly to the replacement of such parts proven to be

                 defective and/or shipped/ordered in error.
